All Smiles was started with one goal in mind, giving seniors and adults with disabilities a place to live that still feels like a home, not an institution. We keep our home small on purpose. That way every resident gets real attention, not a rushed check-in between rooms.
Located in Everett, Washington, we get to know each person we care for, their routines, their favorite meals, what makes them comfortable, and what makes them laugh. That knowledge shapes how we care for them every single day.
